Vehicle Resource-Nerf

    Whilst the cost of some vehicles are somewhat ridiculous, and AV weapons such as AV turrets (extreme range/non render) and HA rockets (especially lockons and Strikers which ignore terrain) are overly prolific (note I do not mention - death to C4 - as it is more to do with poor driver awareness/positioning).....

    ....the whines of tankers tend to be rather ridiculous....

    Take this for an example:

    This rather silly argument conveniently substitutes strategic deployment options for tactical movement.

    Can infantry be spawned from more locations, and in a wider variety of ways? Of course. They have more deployment flexibility.
    Are they faster? Of course not. Infantry cannot run at 75kph.

    I should hope so. Or should MBTs be allowed into bases to spawncamp more conveniently?

    The only way this can be true is if a tanker cannot see a pizza sized AT mine (visible from outer space, I'm reliably told) or has such terrible positioning or tunnel vision to allow themselves to be surprised with C4. I.e. only poor play and stupidity can get you insta-killed by infantry. Assuming normal intelligence and skill from the tank driver, tanks are much better at killing tanks.

    Lol people are seriously comparing these? :rolleyes: ...I find it quite balanced that a weapon that able to be fired 40-70+ times, for 100s of metres, is less powerful than one used 1-3 times maximum, that has to be thrown or placed on an enemy.

    Did you know the HA shield also recharges faster than a Vanguard shield? Proof infantry is better!

    If tanks are weaker than infantry, tankers should usually have
    (a) a negative kdr
    (b) far below average spm
    Yet strangely, I do not find this to be the case. Perhaps it is our l33t skills that allow us to overcome adversity?
