I'll recheck it but I am pretty sure I had it right. Any spreadsheet like the one you linked has to be manually constructed and could contain errors. I am not saying my manual construction is any less error-prone than whoever made that sheet, but I can't think of any reason why mine would be more error-prone either.
All of my YES. I also agree with LoveJuices. I'll accept Vanu basic infantry having what are essentially regular old guns, but our Power Armour really ought to have something fancyer.
