UserOptions.ini Keeps resetting all options to "Low" EVERY time i start the game?

    I cannot edit my UserOptions.ini any longer since lastnight after the game crashed. When i edit the .ini then start the game all the settings in the file go back to 1. How can i stop this and what is causing it? This is becoming incredibly frustrating.

    Does anyone know the cause or have a similar issue?

    Close the game
    Delete useroptions.ini entirely
    Run the game
    Set settings again
    settings should stay the same

    Didn't resolve anything, issue is still exactly the same and all options reset to "Low". This only started lastnight after a game crash.

    A month or so ago I saw post about the useroptions.ini reverting for someone and another poster told them to set the file to read-only to fix it. Not sure if that fixed it for them or if it will fix it for you. Right click useroptions.ini > Properties > Read-only
