A day ago, I was at Regents Rock, Indar, Soltech minding my own business. I heard a plane crash into the tower or airpad, turned a corner and saw: Yes, the turret was "fully" operational. I was able to get inside it. It had full range of motion, but everything was upside down. I obviously could not target the air easily because AA turrets cannot look down past the horizontal much.
Well, that's not good. If you happen to see this again please submit a bug report (which can be done by accessing Settings in the in-game menu) and include some information about where exactly you say this occurring so we can try and get this issue resolved. Your assistance with reporting these bugs is greatly appreciated!
