I can't seem to find any weapon stat spreadsheets / websites with up-to-date information. Most haven't been updated in 6+ months, the most recent ones I can find were last updated in Nov. If anyone knows a source for looking at the current weapon stats, could you share a link?
There's been only one major patch since then, PU2, so you can kinda combine the spreadsheet with PU2 patchnotes to get accurate picture. Sadly, can't offer anything better, been thinking about this myself. The only way to get real, up to date stats is to datamine them from the client. Edit: it can be done with this script.
unfortunately nobody seems to know who was doing the datamining/updating on that google doc; I assume they've quit playing, but there's nobody else to take over. PU02 wasn't a big change for most infantry guns though, so the spreadsheet with the nov. 12 update is still pretty accurate
Yeah, that's the sheet. But a lot of things changed in PU2, and I was hoping someone might have already done the combining, saving me the trouble. Also, patch notes often omit small details. Although the PU2 patchnotes are pretty thorough. I guess I'll put together something myself.
I have done the data mining. Unfortunately, the way the weapon data were stored has changed; taking it from the 'usual places' only gives values equal to the old/outdated data. Sadly we will have to rely on what SOE tells us.
