On a scale of one to ten, how serious am I? This much: They said "we're thinking about maybe making proximity voice chat cross faction". So I wouldn't get your hopes up like it's going to be in the next patch, but, eventually, maybe.

Worried about the flash... I much prefer it having the ability to weed out most idiots from using it, if the handling change goes in it might only scare off 70% of idiots, which will further complicate the operations of actual flash users =(
New xp system wont be good. Why the hell do they want to remove xp for spawn kills? Im trying to destroy sundy, 5 engineers spawn and repair, what do I do? Kill engineers Nothing, because just spawned enemies give no xp and dont even count to stats.........
Furthermore, they would flag as being 'fighting' as soon as they start to rep. This is to stop snipers popping heads of people who appeared 3 seconds ago.
