Ancient annoying bug. When you have a deployed sunderer or Colossus, and someone is reparing it, you can not undeploy. Basically friendlies, who try to help you and repeair you, doom you to annoying death, since you are unable to undeploy and run away. I lost few sundies that way, we lost a Colossus twice because of this. When it happens, it really makes you to hate the game.
Yep, really stupid bug, annoys the hell out of me too. Also, if you deployed it and someone starts repairing immediately, the "Press E to enter vehicle" does not change to "Press E to access equipment" (or whatever it is) until they stop repairing.
