Unable to login

Launcher keeps saying '

There was an error completing your request. Please try again.'

... tried 20+ times, won't log in

Took a dozen or so attempts to get on forum here to write this

Same here .. Applied the update and now zero luck getting logged in ..

There was a hotfix today - should have completed ages ago, looks like it didn't - just keep trying and hopefully they'll get the servers back online soon (I mainly play during Eastenders and my play time is rapidly running out, wifey will be calling soon !!!!)

I don't understand how yesterday morning all was well. By yesterday evening, day broke the login server (somehow, on a day when no updates or patches were supposed to happen). Then they "fix" it. And it remains broken?

Any updates on this.. like.. any employee response? Hello? >.>

I had this problem too and couldn't even log into the forum, but all appears to be okay now...

I can't log in, started yesterday and figured it was the patch, now it won't update or log in...

Hi, here are several things that (I hope) might help you :
-uninstall/reinstall
-check if your firewall isn't blocking something or if you connection isn't broken
-execute as administrator with compatibility for your system
-check your credentials and account status (maybe it's been suspended ?)
-check if there's no maintenance going on or if the servers are up

Please tell me if some of these worked for you.
