Unable to download SocketError:Unreachable - No data (11004)

    Have you checked your Lan Settings in Windows? Make sure that both
    "Use a Proxy Server for your LAN." and "Bypass proxy server for local addresses" are unticked.

    Also, be sure to not be trying to play the game via Steam, as it doesn't like PS2. Log in to the website and download the non-steam version.
