Un-nerf the Harasser (alitte)

I find it pretty ridiculous that a Harasser with full composite armor can be destroyed by two full clips of ammo from a TGM-50.
Is this the same composite armor that makes a Sunderer able to withstand not one but two sticks of C-4?

Here's what I propose. Change the composite armor of the Harasser so that it reduces damage from small arms by 20% per level. So that when a full set of composite armor is installed it is now bullet proof to small arms.

By small arms I mean Rifles, Shotguns and pistols. Not any other weapons.

Its getting done in the balance pass in April, its on the roadmap.
