If Spawn Squad and Reinforcement Needed are active in the same location at the same time, clicking the indicator on the map will block spawning for 15 seconds. If you hand over the squad leader to someone else and remain in the squad, you can hear the squad leader voice chat even if you are not the squad leader. This bug can only be fixed by leaving the squad.
