Instead of using the sound of some 3000+ RPM electric gat or the current rattling-bag-of-chains audio, how about something with more bang bang to match the actual slow firing speed? Something like the original glorious Cycler TRV audio but times two.
I agree. For guns that can't fire half as fast as our highest RoF carbine, they're not deserving of minigun-level dakka audio.
As much as i would LOVE to hear that BRRRT sound, i'd only appreciate it in lockdown. We need a sound like the original guns but heavier and louder with less >Ching ching< and more >Dukka Dukka<. Something like the Browning M2 50cal:
