I am also looking to start a LAN team to compete in local tournaments and/or just meet-up and LAN, not only to play planet-side but any other fps/rts as well.
I am located in Carlsbad, CA.
I will try to connect to local colleges and gaming centers/shops.
Feel free to ask any questions or give suggestions.

We would also be more than happy to oblige any person willing to host tournaments and/or get into the gaming scene by sponsoring an event.

Of course yours truly will help cater the event with his world famous gourmet deviled eggs.

I mite even make my world famous mushroom and cheese stuffed cheeseburgers with home made fries.

Yes those home-made fries come slathered in garlic, butter, and freshly chopped parsley.

Legit-talk I mite open up my own sushi-stall on the beach.

I will make california rolls as my specialty dish with a twist of course and use freshly caught fish off the harbors.

I think I will also serve vegan-style sushi, using different types of dipping sauces as a kicker.

One will be a wasabi infused ginger sauce.
One will be a gravy-based vegetable stock sauce.
One will be an aioli with sweet-red-chili.

One will focus on elevating the egg flavor or non-flavor so-to-speak.
One will focus on elevating the crunchiness of the carrot.
One will focus on using Kimchi to be the center around an array of flavors.

I have not settled on any recipe, yet. Lots of food-tasters will be needed and some dosh of course.

I think I will also serve thai ice tea with different types of citrus bases.

I mite as well start serving veggie wraps, they seem to be all the craze.

I think to twist it up, I will make home made vinaigrette dressings based on different fruits.

I think I should make my home-made, home-fried potato chips with three different dipping sauces.
