Hey just an update, Now that we are merged with Connery The outfit will be getting together this Friday to give a show of force. Our goal is to make the name of Caesar's Spirit remembered always.
Tomorrow may 25 we will be having an outfit meeting to discus our standings with our fellow out fits and where our outfit goes from here. To be followed by 4 of our members as per their sentencing for not upholding our code of conduct will be preforming a special operation together more information will be released at that time. Then we will have a death race this time it will be from gate to gate.
Hi all, just an update to let every one know we are still recruiting. Because of the merger and the fact that we have now started a revamp of the outfit to adjust to the new server and also the new capture system allot of changes will be made. Though these are small changes they are important to the integrity and functionality of our outfit as a whole. For starters our squad leaders will now be able to invite players outside of the Sunday training. Those who show themselves as good followers and possibly good leaders will be invited to join. We pride ourselves on having some of the best squad and platoon leaders in planetside two. We are now looking for the best soldiers so that we can take back the planet from the Corporate lap dogs and the twisted pagans. If you would like to join the outfit just find a CASR squad run with us for a while and if you like how we roll then send the squad leader a tell. We will still be holding squad training but during this time of change in the outfit this will be delayed until further notice from our Training Officer.
We are a 30+ man outfit and are currently recruiting good leaders and good followers. It is our philosophy that you do not have to be a good FPS player just so long as you can follow orders. If you never realized that PS2 was an FPS and thought you were playing a new expansion to Starcraft than you will end up with this rank. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Squad leaders will be required to have certed into sundies and spawn beacon minimum. A mic is required for squad leaders and above. plane and simple. Some exceptions can be made. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Team leaders are in a trial period and will hopefully become great squad leaders. If you are a team leader you are there to either prove yourself a competent leader or to improve your leadership skills before you are promoted. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GI are General Infantry, they are the backbone of the outfit. Even with the greatest leaders in the world they are useless without an army to lead. I hope to one day give everyone a shot at team lead but we will always need GI’s. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Steam group membership is preferred but not mandatory. Though the membership of the group is a must using steam is only preferred. The Moral officer will be announcing events and news thru the steam page more than anywhere else. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We will be having Squad training that for certain ranks is mandatory and you will know how often you should be there when you read our code of conduct. The time and date of such events is up to the discretion of the Training officer. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It is expected that all soldiers will follow orders when given and without question. If you want to lead you will be given the chance but do not undermine a leader during combat. If multiple complaints are made there is the chance that a demotion will be issued. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- It is also required to read the code of conduct for the outfit which can be found in the steam group. This is mandatory and any failure to uphold the code will be rectified.
