Seems a bit weird to (slightly) buff the reload time on the RAMS 50M considering bolt action rifles have identical equivalents across the three empires. The RAMS/EM4/Parallax were all previously identical, now the RAMS reloads faster with no changes to the other two. Is this foreshadowing for some future differentiation between empires or was someone just trying to look busy? "Um, yah, boss, I'm totally giving the sniper rifles a balance pass *takes a nap*" To be clear, I'm not complaining about ~balance~, I'm wondering about this seeming waste of design space and time. Besides, I'm more of a TSAR-42 kinda guy.
