903rd has elected to resume public operations beginning today, August 18. We've been consolidating and making some overhauls to our structure since the merge, and after some tentative recruiting pushes and the flood of applications we've been receiving from promising and talented players, we're feeling ready to start focusing on what we've always done best: Providing high level outfit gameplay to public players. Historically our public platoons have been well received, with talented players hopping in for some fun times. We are not your typical zergfit. We move quickly (we have very itchy redeploy key fingers), and strongly emphasize coordination and communication, as well as emphasizing single-squad tactics within the context of the platoon. When you're in our platoons, we treat you like one of our members, with the same high expectations. We've always been impressed with the high level of play you get from even the newest players by expecting the best from them, and we look forward to seeing this again. To begin with, these will primarily be Platoon Led by myself (WyrdHarper), IamCommanderShepard, Tryharding, and a few other names you probably don't know, but should and will. We have a number of experienced officers who will provide quality squad leading, all of whom have dramatically different personalities. While there is no obligation to join our outfit, if you're interested after playing with us, our officers can discuss details and have recruiting rights. We always treat our public platoons as a special event. We want to have fun, and we know you guys do, too. So, if you're looking for a good time during primetime, regardless of whether you're new, a solo ranger, looking for a group, or in an outfit and it's just not ops night, please feel free to join us.
