Ever since the update my tomcats refuse to lock on to anyone (already encountered enough like 20 aircraft) they make 2 bleep nises and then they cancel the lock, and then straight again: 2 bleep noises, cancel the lock. They never finish the lock and im very well within lock distance
I had noted this during the last week of PTS... none of the lock-on launchers seemed to ... lock on. I figured it was my latency... since no one else would test it out with me, and I even /bug'd it.
I can't help but speculate that the reduction in blast radius, affected the target radius for locking on... and coupled with any sort of lag, it makes it darn difficult to do (nevermind how long you have to hold aim to get a lock in the first place).
