Last time I played this game, Hossin was weeks away from release, Liberators were akin to Lannisters at a wedding in their OP-ness, VS won literally everything and NC was so full of headless chickens it might as well have been a KFC kitchen Is it worth a reinstall after all this time or am I better off sticking to greener pastures
Don't do it. If the game runs please do not reinstall lmao it will cause you more trouble than anything PLEASE TAKE IT FROM ME I HAVE FIRST HAND EXPERIENCE
No one here can tell you how your gameplay will be - reinstall (unless you have data caps!) and play with the settings. For the most part, my gameplay is fantastic. Someone else with a nearly duplicate machine will post that they get 30 fps less than me. My game issues are: Poor ping times at times. Alt+Tab and re-entering game will lost the mouse control. And that is about it.
Love it; Plays great; Re-install and see if you agree. There are plenty of things that need to be addressed, but many improvements have been made since I took a break from PS2 so many months ago. If you absolutely hated the game the last time you tried it, none of the changes are likely to sway your opinion, but my experience is better than ever. If you play on Connery, send me a message through the forums; I can walk you through some of the changes and maybe we can have some fun playing in the process.
Hossin is released a a now out of beta state, Liberators are for the most part cert pinattas, VS still win a lot (I assume you play on Emerald? All the people complaining about VS come from that place). NC are NC, people don't change with game updates. I'd say reinstall. Checking the game costs nothing and you're the only one that can tell if it's any fun for you.
