To anyone with a working copy of PS2 installed

  1. icBacon

    I'm attempting to investigate the launcher crashes many people are experiencing. Please could someone with a working copy installed take a look to see if the following directory exists;
    C:/Users/(your username here)/AppData/Local/Sony Online Entertainment/ApplicationUpdater/
    And let me know here if it contains this file;
    ApplicationDownloaderService.exe

    The folder exists but the closest I've got is an "ApplicationUpdaterService.exe".

    Yeah, I've got ApplicationDownloaderService.exe.

    Viphenri, it seem the only way anyone has had any success with this is with a clean reinstall. No promises though, it didn't work for me.
