yeah so i come back from like 3 months of nonstop work without a day off to the new sundy update got super excited only to find out no cert refund? is this a mistake or are they really just saying hey screw you and everything you work for? been here since the beginning across 3 accounts dont really wanna restart fully rebuilding from scratch on the sundy devs pls respond i wont be playing till a refund is issued and id prefer to not waste more of my premium so a rapid response would be appreciated

Maybe we should wait a little longer, but I am worried that Daybreak will continue to be silent on this issue from now on until the players forget about it. I wonder if they are still working on solving the problem....
Some of us asked the day of update. They did say they're considering it. I had to redo every sundee but ended up making them all back in 2 weekends...but still...yeah would've been nice
