Man I always felt sorry for the Jaeger NC that had to play with you. I hope not everyone in your zerg outfit has the same personality you do. You seem hurt and crushed. So basically you are self-proclaiming your outfit "lead the way" in capturing a continent and everyone else outside of your outfit is bad? Am I getting that right? If you want to make claims like that I would suggest removing a link to your stats as they are atrocious. For someone that fights against such easy targets I only hope your skills improve and you can get to hold, you know, a single continent. Last I remember from Friday the VS beat the snot out of the TR and NC on Amerish. Also a friendly heads up while you are bragging on the forums TR kinda took Amerish and Esamir.
so far im in between liking it and frustration im loving all the new targets , in my scythe it has brought back some challenge and making good xp per hour ive run across 1 excellent nc pilot so far - ive seen hime 3-4 times now always dogfighting it out . that damn backwards flying while doing flips reavers hard to get down Marth ( sp ? sorry but im sure you know who you are and other im sure do aswell )! losts of action , base flips , bigger fights. im hating the zergs - they are just everywhere - all the time , played last night til 2 am cst and there will still huge zergs! being the lower pop on the server...again if you dont join in there is almost no combat = lame everywhere i try to go theres a tr or nc zerg always pushin in which ends up being a stalemate death fest meat grinder of attrition! or theres a huge vs zerg moving against little to no enemies - literally an hour ago the vs pushed indar from valley storage thru rashnu up to mao n took it before the nc decided oh lets have some troops leave the crown n offer up some resistance. - that just gets old. (but some will love this , my playstyle i perfer tactics over kills , grinding ) all in all im happy with the merger and i know the zerg mentallity will calm down , just as it did before. i also got a question - anyone else notice there are very few high level players?? did they all quit? everyone seems to be b/w level 10 -35 or so it seems to be an almost rare occurance to see someone over 50 now
You sir are out of line. Clearly that was a bragging post In fact, I repeatedly, personally thanked and congratulated all of the other NC outfits who participated in the Amerish cap last night. I told them "great job on Amerish NC" and "thanks for the help". Making fun of my stats, seriously? I am the leader of a large outfit, not a stat farmer. The outfit always comes first which means I die a lot while managing the outfit, platoon and squads. "Zerg outfit" you say? Oh puhleeze! That must be why we conduct weekly small unit OPFOR training at the squad and fire team level so that we can learn to "zerg" better. I meant no disrespect towards any particular TR or VS outfit. As for the quality of play among the TR and VS on Waterson, I call em as I see em and I am not the only one, everyone in my outfit was marveling at how easy fighting the TR and the VS was on Waterson MOST of the time. But then, a good organized TR or VS outfit like EGO, TRAF or TT6 would show up (sorry cant think of a VS outfit tag at the moment, again, I mean no disrespect in saying that) and we would be in for a real fight. Im sure the TR and VS on Waterson will get better. TRAF and TT6 you put up a good fight on Amerish last night, for a while there, I thought you had us In fact, PHX did lead a drive across the north of Amerish, all the way to the TR warp gate where we took Crux Mining and held it for more than an hour while the Rest of the NC took the rest of the continent. We could not have capped the continent without the help of the rest of the NC. Great job on Amerish last night NC Waterson!
PHX is only a zerg in the sense that TRAF is. They have a lot of numbers, but the decisive difference is that they know how to use those numbers. The very idea of a zerg is that it's uncoordinated. I can tell from fighting them over these many months that this is not the case. The same goes for TRAF. They're very well organized, but, a lot of the people they recruit don't actually run with their main platoons.
*salute* TT6 PHX is trying to find a way to disable Mosquito and Prowler access for TT6 and TRAF. We figured out that taking their tech plants slows them down for a while We no like Mossy and Prowler spam!
Good question, PHX noticed yesterday that we were killing a lot of unskilled, low BR TR and VS players yesterday
Eh, as a NC I like seeing PHX tags floating around during a big push. They're generally capable, have objectives and are unlikely to TK you (always a plus). I've purposefully avoided certing into orders chat so I can't say how much direction Blackweb is personally giving/receiving, but PHX always seems to be an organized part of any major action involving the NC.
I should talk more in orders and command chat than I do. I live by the motto that a leader should use as few words as possible, that way when you speak, others are more likely to listen

As far as new quality outfits I haven't seen anything that has stood out to me just yet. Perhaps it just takes time. Even outnumbered we have demolished the TR and NC. I haven't payed any attention to the VS outfits, although there was one that was quick to organize with the Vanu Alliance the Friday we ***** slapped the TR and NC back and forth across Amerish - can't recall the name though.
I'm personally enjoying the increased action on Amerish too. The 1st was a blast with so many people there! (Half of the two squads I was leading was stuck in queue though sadly...).
This is just a small observation and in no way trying to be insulting to the Waterson players.....but. It feels like a large majority of the Waterson players are not as good as the Jaeger players. Maybe due to the smaller population we had on Jaeger, each outfit and player had to develope faster in order to get things done because they were more self reliant. I'm recieving little challenge after the merger just a bunch of points and kills that I wouldn't normally get. I'm actually quite suprised.
I think they just have more public players. I know I was rolling around solo for awhile to get a feel for it on foot. I killed more then ten players in a row in a big battle with just a TMG.50. Went at it till I ran out of ammo. They were coming over the hill at Amerish like popcans. This is something that would never happen on Jaeger. But I do not think this is because Waterson as a whole is less skillful, I just think Waterson has just had more growth and new players. I think its fair to keep in mind that Waterson has a much larger population explosion now, and that Jaeger rarely had new blood introduced into the server, just a bunch of players who kept getting better and better to improve their ability to take territory rather then recruiting more. The majority of the active TR on Waterson (at least 85-90%) also were members of an outfit. On Waterson that number seems closer to 60-70%.
