I never said we did, I was asking a NC if he would think its funny if a fellow NC sat in his warp gate and killed all the vanguards as they left.

Have you turned off all your over clocking tools? This may need to be looked at by a professional. The Technical support forums are mostly fan supported, try going to a PC repair store.
I'm interested to see what SOE's response is on this...because if this guy hasn't been banned, have they really been banning ANYONE, or is reporting hackers just a placebo meant to pacify us?
I PM'd this thread to Alex asking for a responce, no reply to the pm or in this thread yet, and all the tickets i sent in the past i get the "we cant tell you what were doing" pre-determined responce, as to be expected...
I did not claim him to be a hacker, i claimed him to be a griefer, which i have supplied ample evidence of this. Someone else incinuated that he hacks, and said he has a evidence but he has not posted it so realy theres nothing there.

Im starting to think that my tickets do nothing and the devs are just ignoring the hacking issue. Trolling and hacking can really hurt thier game if not addressed.

Obviously SoE don't consider griefing to be anything important. That would definitely happen if you did it to him.
If they haven't banned me for revenge TK's yet, anyone can get away with it. Sometimes I'll kill the guy, then revive him, then kill him again just to make sure he got the message.

A kind of similar has been going on on the Miller server. There's a player constantly streaming music in the warpgates. Somehow he even manages to get vehicles (galaxies, prowlers) inside the spawn building itself, where the spawntubes and the warpterminals are. Now he's even taken it to the next level and started streaming music in the command channel. A member in my outfit has submitted a ticket. After a couple of standard copypasta respones he got an answer written by a real person! The response stated that he must have been doing this in a moment when the GM's weren't there. I think that says a lot about the presence, or should I say the lack of presence of GM's, since he's been doing this for at least 3 days. At this moment, the only thing me and a lot of other frustrated players can do is /report him. But I'm starting to believe reporting is useless. We'll see. Please keep updating this thread. I'm curious to see how this develops further.
Usually the stuff at the warpgate with ESFs messing with other vehicles is just an outfit messing around with other people in the outfit, I've seen plenty of that and they all tend to enjoy it. If it's actual griefing and not just playing around then I think a report should take care of most of it. It's a balance that's hard to strike just right, too much slack and people abuse it, too strict and it effects people who accidentally team kill.
