Go look at everyone's traceroute. Seen many of them in multiple threads. They all show the same problem... 6 176 ms 172 ms 172 ms vlan51.ebr1.Chicago2.Level3.net [4.69.138.158] 7 174 ms 176 ms 174 ms ae-3-3.ebr2.Denver1.Level3.net [4.69.132.61] 8 * * * Request timed out. 9 171 ms 172 ms 171 ms ae-1-6.bar2.LasVegas1.Level3.net [4.69.148.1] 10 178 ms 173 ms 173 ms ae-0-11.bar1.LasVegas1.Level3.net [4.69.148.125] We all time out at some hop between Denver1.level3 and LasVegas1.level3 It's been like this FOR WEEKS. Don't tell us to go open an SOE ticket, to make sure our ports are open, or that it was due to the DDoS that went on for a day or so. I'm willing to accept this is a problem outside of SOE's hands but there has to be something that can be done.
