The "PlanetSide: Arena - Mercenary Bundle" is (once again) completely absent from the depot when it should be currently available and on sale, as stated in this official announcement: https://forums.daybreakgames.com/ps2/index.php?threads/auraximas-2025-discussion-thread.264827/ The announcement reads: "December 25th - 28th (00:00 PST) 2025 Midnight - PlanetSide Arena and Resurgence Bundle Sale" I checked the depot on both my NSO and NC character and neither could access the Mercenary Bundle. I checked the entire Bundles section, the New and On Sale section, and used the search function with keywords 'arena,' 'mercenary,' and 'hammerhead' to no avail. I will be checking in on the depot a few more times since today is only the first day of the supposed sale, but this is not the first time that the Mercenary Bundle passed its sale window without actually becoming available in the depot, so I doubt that it will show up later on.
Confirmed, it's missing from the depot and there's only a couple days left for it to be available. I really want to get that bundle but if it tends to be missing from the depot even when it's supposed to be there, how can I ever get it?
If I recall correctly, the Mercenary Bundle used to be available all year round, but at some point it just vanished entirely. Back then I also reported its disappearance on the forums and after that it seems to have become somewhat seasonal, although I don't know exactly when it is intended to be available. It has definitely been possible to purchase the bundle at full price earlier this year, and it probably will become available again at some point, but since I have been patiently waiting for a sale it is disappointing to see it disappear again at the worst possible time.
Is there any way to reach out to the devs directly? I can't imagine it'd take them so much time just to put the bundle in the depot
You could try making a ticket with customer support I suppose, but the forums are also a fairly direct way to reach out. The community manager reads pretty much everything that's posted here. The problem is that it's Christmas time right now so most of the developers are probably on leave. I'm not keeping my hopes up that the bundle will become available before the end of the sale, unfortunately.
Update: I checked the depot once per day during the sale, which has now ended. The Mercenary bundle remained unavailable and now continues to be unavailable after the end of the sale.
Yep, also checked everyday during the dates that the sale was going to happen, really unfortunate as I was looking forward for that bundle.
Please activate arena bundle with the crash fix. We did not get it during the Christmas sale because it was bugged and never showed in the marketplace. Hope we don’t have to wait another year for NSO-D armor a lot of NSO want it and did not even realize it was in the depot.
