This servers even ever been open?? The ping in the others 3 servers is horrible to me, the only one that have an stable ping are the US East servers and they are down
Since noone answered your question. Jaeger is a "privat" competetive/event server, your account needs to be flagged to play on it or you're getting access by receiving one of the PSB Accounts which are managed by a community run group. Apex from my understanding is a closed server only for dev testing. There was until recently a Server called Emerald which was located at the same datacenter as Jaeger and Apex. As an US player you now can choose between the US West Server Osprey, or the EU Server Wainwright. Up to 160ms is still considered playable. If you're new to the game and your ping is 80ms or more, look into a thing called "Clientside", "Lag compensation" or "peekers advantage" learning these early will increase your fun per hour alot.
