Not really a story material, just something that sometimes happens when we try to C4 stuff without proper planning. There are situations where you round the corned and there's a MAX waiting, or when you're guarding a room and a MAX storms in and there's nowhere to run. You can try to C4 him as a last ditch effort, but you shouldn't be surprised if it fails. And mindlessly rushing to C4 enemies will get you killed as well, and it should be that way. Suicide C4 attacks are one of the reasons why everyone hates and brands us "C4 fairies".
