Teabagside 2 : Planetside 2's growing teabag culture

The only time I can think of someone teabagging someone, was a 40-something year old guy in my outfit last night after we put down a BR100 NC MAX that had been holding down a spawn room. He also put 6 Commissioner rounds in the guys head, just in case.

Teabagging is a playstyle. Why do you guys insist on killing my immersion? I'm a victim!

I've never paid attention to this, but from now on i will. If the majority of the players are tea baggers, then i'll have my first real reason to abandon Planetside 2.

Out of all the problems that a game can have, a toxic community is one of the top 3 aspects that'll make me consider spending time in a game to be a waste of my lifetime. So far, my impression about this community is that of a more mature attitude.

Talking about jerky players. Not the tea bagging in general, so again I haven't seen a game were everyone was super nice.

Only got tea bagged once in my entire game time. Indeed, it happened recently, could be a reemerging trend. I don't see why one would bother when kills are so easy to obtain. It's not a common occurrence due to this being a combined arms game, can't teabag in a tank.

Just wait for teabagging BFRs.

teabag-ing, lately, became the only interesting thing to do in the game.. it needs a cert line!

So far, the only people I teabag are the guys who die 5 times, come back as a MAX *COUGH ZOE COUGH COUGH* ...

If some one is really pissing you off don't T-bag, Kill them then mine their corpse so they kill any medic trying to revive them.

i have never felt the need to teabag anyone no matter the reason or circumstance and if i see anyone doing it i just think they are 10 years old or something
sure some mature people probably do it too but it still doesnt stop me thinking that the person doing it is just a kid

Tea-bagging is a symptom of a juvenile tool's need to express their frail ego's limits by "dominating" someone in a video-game. It's bad enough considering what it used to be - a "I just owned you ha ha" message in physical form - you just shot the guy, I do think he knows you bested him. These days however tea-baggers go and do it to anything and anyone they want, because on the internet, everyone is an unknown and can't be punished for being pathetic and useless.

It wastes valuable time, it demeans you, and it means nothing - people get shot in FPS games all the time, and your victim will be back 10 seconds later, likely even more angry with you now than ever.

Well, there is a reason I shoot any tea-baggers I see on sight. I don't care if you are TR or whatever faction I'm playing at the time, I will kill you, and gods help you if I find you doing it again. I play medic allot these days, I'll make a point to revive you, just to shoot you again.

An easy fix would to make crouch a quick animation to get into, but after rising up the first time, have a "cool down" of sorts.

Ever carried a soldier's level of equipment and try to imitate the "teabag" kiddie move in real life? It really starts to pull muscles.

PS: When I was an NCO I only ever did this to my joes once, because I know how painful it is.

I play VS as main but me and some friends got NC and TR alts on the same server, i ALWAYS teabag their NC and TR alts when i kill them...

Oh and this one time, i saw a friend repairing his Lib as NC... and i got him on friendlist... so i typed a mess to him and he started typing me back, then i snuck up on him, knifed him and C4-ed his lib! (i teabagged him for 2 minutes after that!)
