Noone needs 300 rounds mags, KCAP ammunition is for those who love legs shooting, Heavy barrel reduces bloom but not random horizontal side-to-side recoil. . Butcher isn't worth grinding. Give it a least a chance to become a competitive weapon. Give it a Forward Grip!
Don't look at stats for a while. It will take a long time for things to settle. People going cross faction, digging up old guns. Rash of new folks getting the directive, etc. Let it swing wildly for at least a month before you try to get something from it. Heavy barrel is broken I think. Reduces ADS way more than it says. I timed some long strafes to see. Wouldn't recommend until they fix it. Might not even recommend then. KCAP is stupid and is noob bait to take their $$$ The HVA is a very nice addition. And yes, I run the extended mag. The weapon equip penalty never occurs if you never have to switch away from the weapon. ... /touches-head-knowingly 300 rounds means you simply do not reload until well after you've accumulated bounties. Like unbind your reload button to stop old habits... lol Butcher is now the best directive LMG in the game and absolutely worth grinding for.
