T1S Cycler Sound change?

    So first time logging in for patch aaaaand, first thing i notice is when scoped in firing my T1S Cycler that it sounds like complete CRAP

    Please note this ONLY happens when im scoped in, otherwise it sounds perfectl fine.

    Its completely messed up. Its earbleeding bad sound and making this gun completely unsusable for me.

    Yeah, I got the issue right off the bat when I unlocked my T1S Cycler, I've been struggling with tech support. They've said I should update my drivers, install the non-steam client, try new headphones, and have gone as far to blame my sound card for it. They've put up with my BS well though but none of their solutions worked.
