SVA-88 got patched

    First of all, it does not have a lower rate of fire, 698 is normal for a 143dmg weapon.
    Second of all, it DID receive the moving accuracy penalty, it's 0.4 now according to in-game stats. And of course all the other nerfs too(hipfire, reload as stated)

    So which one is it SOE?

    Is this the PU02 changes to the weapon? I think you may be behind the curve.

    It's entirely possible that the nerf to the SVA-88's accuracy had more to do with how accurate it was for a weapon with its rate of fire. Pre patch, the SVA-88 was best or second best at basically everything.
