Sunderermain2's suggested changes for alerts, sunderers & construction

    Alert system;
    1- During off-peak, reduce the time until melt-down alerts from 5 hours to 3 hours or less. As players have little incentive to play 'off peak'. More developing players will be rewarded with ISO/certs, and veterans/new players benefit from higher sustained population.
    2- OSHUR; During off-peak, change the required victory points from 100 to 80. OR reward warpgating with 50 victory points. This allows players to easily trigger alerts and enjoy oshur, rather than experience 'oshur limbo' and log off. Oshur's current alert system disobeys the normal 5-hour meltdown rule once the map opens slightly, and can only be triggered by owning 5 connected tridents/interlinks (20 points each), or 4 with 2 air event victories (10 points each).

    Sunderers
    1 - Halve nanite armor's regeneration, but double it once deployed on land. This allows deployed sunderers to be strong, but 'battle busses' to be more balanced.
    2- Reinstate GSD in the deployment slot. As its removal unintentionally stopped sunderers from going underwater.
    - Alternatively can add rule that this GSD is incompatible with, or reduces the healing rate of nanite armor. Alternatively, a new underwater ability entirely can be made to 'fix the gap'.

    Construction
    1-Allow players to carry 2 modules instead of 1.
    2-Firewall module; add ability; prevents the structures terminals from being hacked by infiltrators, Base building is very unrewarding due to how easily an infiltrator can hack the terminals and use your own cortium to spawn vehicles.
    3- Give silo owners the ability to stop other players from building or using the silo's cortium. As 3rd parties often ruin a builder's base design.
    4-Double the size of the green circles that determine if a construction object can be built, and also allow the construction as long as it touches the ground somewhere.
    5-Allow construction to be placed on rocks, as currently most flat rocks are considered 'air'.
    6- Increase router range by 50-100m.
    7- Increase the repair modules regeneration to 1% hp/s instead of 0.5%.
    8-Increase the default resistance of all construction objects against tank/ HESH rounds.
    Note; 7-8 is intended to stop 1-2 tanks from 'hesh spamming' a player's base from maximum range, with no counter. As most builders don't have access to teammates who will intervene.

    These changes are brief, but would solve a lot of the game's problems. It does not cover everything. Particularly for the alert suggestions, a small amount of work in these areas would improve a large portion of the player base's experiences.
