That mission is bugged - doesnt work at all or only on another sundy/mbt. Confirmed by 2 guys in /yell - one same faction, one another faction. Anyone else?
Are you sure you didn't pick the green rarity mission? The "uncommon" green rarity Sunderer of Service mission requires you to resupply SQUAD vehicles, while the "common" white one can be done with any vehicle.
