Suggestion: Make the respawn timer and redeploy timer tied to continent pop

    The XP bonus just doesn't work in mitigating population imbalance. I still log in to empires having >40% total pop with only 1 continent open.

    My suggestion is to artificially deflate massive overpop by limiting how overpop can reinforce battles after dying and redeploying around the map.

    I'm not sure to what extent the timers could be manipulated for best performance without making the game completely unenjoyable but, doubling or tripling the current respawn timer would make it much harder to just steamroll the other factions by throwing more players at a lane.

    Increasing the redeploy timer, or maybe limiting the range of the redeploy as well would limit the overpop from just redeploying from lane to lane.
