So, after a long pause, I gave PS2 aircrafts(?) another chance. Plugged in the joystick to find out that roll axis is much less sensitive than elevator. Setting good sensitivity on aileron means that elevator is a lighting fast change of angle. It is probably not fault of the joystick, since it works with Il2 Sturmovik perfectly. Can we get more options to control these machines?
Having better joystick support would be nice. The standard response I seen/heard is "Trololol, get gud an use keyboard" I use joystick, because in some instances, it is actually better.
