make any building in the area of the barrel usable for silo owner. tech bays regardless of the quantity and flail glaive and os in any time.there have often been cases when someone build tech bays in your base but you cant use it because silo lower then 20k
There are some other issues at work here. As for not being able to access air and vehicle pads when the silo is low, I've said before that they should cost nanite in that situation. Regarding people placing OS and other assets with high costs or large exclusion zones, we really need the silo owner to be able to restrict that.
