stuttering seems to still be linked to shadows

    so i got on this morning, was participating in a wonderful next to warpgate battle, then all of a sudden my game started to stutter. i was like "da fuq m8?" because yesterday it ran flawlessly. so i tried to figure out what was different from yesterday. then i remembered "oh yea i had shadows off". so i turned those off and wouldnt you know it, stutter was gone. to be specific shadows were on ultra so... look into it

    I get stuttering and screen-freezing regardless of any of my graphics settings after the last hotfix - not the preceding major update.

    I used to disable my shadows in every hue fight to squeez out a few more FPS.
    Mostly it's an increase from around 35 to almost 50 FPS then.
    (But then still GPU limited, so a GPU update is somewhat needed for me anyways)
