[Suggestion] Stupid base cap boundaries

    Two examples: NS Materials Storage, Broken Arch Road. Because I've just fought at them, but there are dozens, on every continent, although I associate it most with Indar. Bases where, without leaving the geometry around them, you move out of the cap zone delineated for them, so that while still directly in the front line fighting, the base cap doesn't attribute to you. It's particularly heinous at Broken Arch, where you can be 5 metres from the spawn room and not be within the cap. At NS Mats, if you are covering the rear of the spawn room, you're out the cap zone.

    It makes no sense and can only be an example of poor boundary placement by the developers that has gone unfixed. It's very irritating to lose points and caps when you're in the thick of the fighting because of not being within an arbitrary, invisible boundary that on some bases extends 300m down empty road and others cuts off within parts of the base design. Why not go over these boundaries and move them to sensible distances, so that people fighting within a base get the cap.
