    Me too, I think it's normally a sign that you can't talk to the logon server for one reason or another

    I tried restarting my computer, i also verified the files. Still 94%. I tried multiple times.

    ok now it worked, it went past the loading screen, and now i got to the character choose screen. i just opened it through steam.
