Stuck at 98%

Whenever i launch my game, it brings up the launcher then i click "PLAY" then the game comes up and i don't even make it to the character selection screen, (don't know whats next because I've never even been able to play, it always gets stuck)

Confirm whether you've validated assets, if not do so.

how do i do that? (sorry i'm a bit of a newb)

Click on the icon of a wrench on the launchpad, there will then be the option 'Validate Game Assets' However, sometimes just letting it sit there for a few minutes will work.

i've validated assets now, what do i do next?

Run the game.

the game stops loading and then gives me this on a separate webpage,

no i tried that, could it be something to do with the fact that i have to change the game's screen resolution to fit my screen or it will just go blue and say "NOT SUPPORTED"

Sounds like an issue with a video driver. Do you have the latest drivers for your graphics card?
