Servers just went up, it'll be a bit. Happens every time.

I can't load the main menu, gets stuck loading at 15 or 98 percent and stays like that till I have to exit

2 hours downtime for 3 temp items and new lumifibers. no fixes, no stabiltyhotfix, no fix for fpsdrop.

it gets better and better.

I swear this exact topic title comes up every single game update. Figure SOE would fix this problem by now.

Validating game files worked for me, now I'm just waiting for my character to log in :/

Was stuck at 15% about 3 minutes later, it finally loaded to the character list and now it's stuck on "LOGGING IN..."
