[BUG] Springstep 5 is garbage

    The Springstep 5 implant is garbage and does nothing even the slightly of noticeable. You might as well use Catlike 5 instead to have it All the time.

    I have every basic implant unlocked to 5 except for 3 which is at 1 and a couple exceptionals.
