Spotter ribbon

Hi.

Just wondering if this ribbon is only for spotting by Q.
Motion sensor = Recon ribbon.
Any other way to get the spotter ribbon? Or do i have to put on my finest stalker cloak suit an sit in the corner for a
few hours?

I'm pretty sure it's only for spotting with Q. Maybe the marker implant works, too? If you do a lot of sniping, just get in the habit of spotting everything you see. You can rack up ribbons pretty quickly that way.

How I farm spotting ribbons:

1. Equip marker implant
2. Equip semi auto rifle of choice (I use shadow scout rifle)
3. Find large fight.
4. Tag targets at range and let vehicles or whoever else is around kill them.

I can confirm that recon darts work for this. I always spam recon darts, hardly ever using Q, and I get recon ribbons up the bum.

Pretty sure the OP wants the spotter ribbon, not the recon ribbon.

Ya, if you're lucky. The only times I get credit for a spot is if I get damaged by the person. Q never gives me the spot points regardless of if they're tagged or not. And I don't even have the marker implant let alone any charge.
