I join the game and spawn at Kolter. Auto-joined to a squad. I Ignore that for the time being. Waited out the queue, spawn in Amerish. Press insert to join squad leader. Poof. Back to Kolter and the queue. Bug or existing feature? Annoying either way.
Bug I assume (you are spawning as an NS Operative, yes?). I'm not having the same problem although there are other minor annoyances I've experienced. I suppose it's just a case of giving it time for things to settle down after the major - and very welcome - update.
