“Bug https://soeissuetracker.com/browse/PS-756 stil exists. It was closed, marked as duplicate, but the description did not match the 2nd issue report.
In short, sounds (player-created, like gunfire and call outs) that should not play at full volume, do. Especially noticeable with sound sources above or below (e.g. be an LA on top of a building, you can hear everything below at full volume).”
