I think you will have to give more information before anyone can help you. Have you ever run the game before? Have you run your virus checker, restarted your computer, and run the virus checker before trying to run the game? Does the launcher open up? Did you check to see if the server was up? Are you trying to log in to the launcher from multiple computers and/or has your IP address changed since the last time you logged into the game? Are you running any other Daybreak games? Are you having problems with them as well?
