I'll blame the influence of the NC and sleep sloundly. The ones I shoot are the ones I catch in the act of actually shooting my own generator then placing their own though, so I can't feel guilty about it. I think they are the same people who blow up allied sundies to park their own. About that bug: I've seen that several times, and really wish it was more common. Gets a bit hard to actually see anyone through the field occasionally. Not sure if it is from the lighting or mulitple fields stacked.
Took you so long to figure it out? Could have just asked me, I've been using it since it was released and never looked back. Even at rank one it's a good "Noobs we've moved up!" signal. Fun trick: If you kill a person while flanking and you know they're going to come back to kill you, put down the regen shield behind a rock to bait them into thinking that's where you are while you sit on the flank waiting for them.
I thought the invisible field was a matter of settings, not a bug as people still got painted with the colour of your bubble.
I don't think so, it's too intermittent to be a settings issue. If it was a settings issue, you'd either didn't see any of them, or all of them.
I always see these types of post and notice that gamers see in games more than the game is providing the experience they're getting. It's well paragraphed, so I'm probably wrong.
