Some base buildings unable to be purchased with DB cash

I couldn't find anything posted but i know or a fact that the spawn tube / tower / spear infantry turret wont let you buy them with DG even if you have more than enough kinda annoyed i can't finish my set without the certs that i use for skills and the like
