I like the infiltrator, yet at the same time the crouch-walk, while effective, is slow as all hell when trying to get around the enemy. Not sure if it'd be balanced at all, but this would be my suggestion for a new Suit Equipment: Soft Soles - A lighter and more flexible composite boot sole allows the Infiltraitor to make less noise while walking, and reduces the movement speed penalty of crouch by 11%/12%/13%/14%/15% at the cost of reducing Sprint speed by 10% Less noise would mean halving the sound of footsteps by half (or using an entirely new audio sound)
Catlike implant reduces the crouch walk movement speed penalty and makes infil more agile as well (at least at higher tiers).
