SOE how long does it take to read tickets? do you even read them?

There has been a hacker on Miller ALL DAY just owning everything. in a Reaver and now as a heavy assault. CAN YOU PLEASE READ YOUR TICKETS and get rid of this idiot! it completely spoils the game! one hacker kills an alert! You are loosing many players to just this one guy!

I assume because of the number of players vs the number of admins on each server that a ticket doesn't even reach their lap unless a large number of complaints have been filed against a single user in a short time frame. No they probably don't read them, just the topic and they put two and two together on what he's doing and would watch him for a short duration.

Though if you're lucky you have an admin who broadcasts that he's workin' and sending him tells is a lot more effective than sending in a complaint

I sent in one a few weeks ago, and I'm still getting the "were back up right now" messages.

There are a couple different teams of CS folks (depending on the type of topic), but the volume across the board has been pretty high. I know the teams are doing everything they can to bring the numbers down and answer tickets in a more timely manner.

Coincidence makes a better story than the truth in this case. I just finished my weekly report and had told Luperza I'd check up on the PS2 forums and take a look for her today. I'm not a big fan of smed's email being posted but he is ok with it so I didn't remove it. I do know that our CS team is working incredibly hard to address their ticket queues though so thought I should let you know.

I have lately been wondering why the reporting system doesn't flag names that get a large number of reports in a 10 minute span as being a priority that gets shunted into a different queue or something. Reasonably sure that would address the problem of slow responses to the absolute worst case hacking incidents.

BTW, what happened to those "remote satellites" that were supposed to deal with hackers?

I still think a simple "probability script" that automatically triggers due to excessively abnormal gameplay for a automatic suspension pending review by a GM would solve quite a few script kiddie problems.

How hard could it be? SoE has all the data...average it out from the lowest BR1 newb to the highest BR100 MLG Elite, add a small "cushion" to accommodate those "once-in-a-Lifetime" Epic kill streaks...

Done deal.

It would certainly ease the strain of "reviewing" thousands of reports and erase the backlog/delay in reacting to pretty Gosh Darn Obvious Cheaters...

Guys guys, relax. Ps2 is cheating game, without basic anticheat, so this game has no future. There is no analog of this game, that's why we have to play this game. Just wait for Eternal Crusade and you will see how many people put planetside 2 in garbage can. I almost did it today during alert when one of vs guy in zerg just run to frontline and did one, two, three, four headshots to my outfit mates and run away to crowd of vs guys. All headshots were confirmed by my mates...i asked them "Guys did you get a headshot too from this vs guy?", they said yes...i was so close to delete planetside 2. Most of MM members are thinking about not to play this crap anymore. Patience almost over.

A recommendation to SOE, create a email dedicated to banning hackers and the such, completely away from your customer services avenue. Do CS staff at SOE even have the ability to ban people within servers, or is it referred to somebody else?
