bigger question is, why does VS only get the 500 cert gun and NC aswell (cant remember the cost of EM6) and TR gets the 1k gun`?

Have you even tried the TMG-50? Trust me, if you had you wouldn't be complaining. There is a reason they are giving away a 1k cert weapon. Thats because most people are not stupid enough to spend 1k certs on the weapon in its present form.
